Services - Assessment and Selection

Features:   The psychological and behavioral assessment of individuals for personnel selection and career development for entry level to senior executives utilizing in-depth behavior-based interviews and testing.  This methodology provides objective findings related to critical competencies associated with effective job performance.  Clients receive feedback within 24 hours regarding suitability, strengths, and development opportunities; a detailed written report follows.
